Are you a dynamic, assertive professional with a knack for perfection? Nautilus Homes is looking for a Preconstruction Manager with the expertise and charisma to help us lead the regional industry in luxury home building. Our mission is to create an enjoyable, repeatable experience and an exceptional product for our clients, and we're seeking someone like you to help us accomplish it.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, working closely with clients, design teams, and project managers to ensure that all project requirements are seamlessly integrated into our construction plans. We value excellent communication, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of construction practices and methodologies.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with design teams and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
• Developing and implementing preconstruction strategy for each project.
• Identifying potential risks or challenges in the preconstruction phase, and proposing strategic solutions.
• Assisting with contract preparations and negotiations.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Proven experience in construction management, specifically preconstruction
• Familiarity with construction/project management software
• Profound knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• BSc/BA degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
